When I found out I got a spring break this year I was ecstatic. Then, when I realized it coordinated with when Rachel was supposed to have her baby it was even more of a bonus. The hard part was finding a plane ticket at a reasonable price. Let's be honest, spring break is one of the worst times to try and buy plane tickets. But after much searching and waiting there was a flight that was reasonable. It didn't cross my mind that I was flying out on Easter Sunday. I mean usually Easter is at the end of April, but this time it snuck up on me. So before I knew it I was leaving my new husband on Easter and General Conference, for a week! Not the end of the world but kinda funny. We were trying to figure out what we were going to do for Easter or if anything at all. Last minute we decided an egg hunt needed to happen. I hid foil eggs and Recess eggs in the family room and Ben hid them in ours and the guest room.

We also hid two items that we got each other on our "Easter budget" :). Ben, of course, wanted to time our hunts to see who could find the items quickest. The timer was out and Ben went first. With a time of 8 minutes and some odd seconds he finished slower than I thought. I figured it was in the bag and victory was mine. I set off for the bedrooms and found all foil, Recess, and other items in about 10 seconds less than Ben! Those of you who know me, know I love to win. And no... he didn't just let me win!

So after an Easter hunt, watching morning session of Conference, and three cinnamon rolls it was time to head to the airport. I was headed to Orlando Florida where my mom, sister, brother-in-law, and NEPHEW were! It was such a great time

Highlights of the trip were:
* Going to the Orlando Temple
*Hitting up the Orlando mall
*Panera Bread (WHICH WE ARE GETTING IN ITHACA SOON!)
*Game nights and pazookies
*Playing with Jackson (well, holding, bathing, putting to sleep)
*Seeing Downtown Disney

Overall it was a great trip and it was hard to come back to Ithaca (aka reality). It was good to be with Ben again but I went right back to work !
