Michael's going away party
Ben got some time with his new nephew Jackson... he can't wait to be a dad someday!

Michael's farewell was amazing
A lot of baby loving (two first time uncles)
Ben flew home to New York to continue studying for his qualifying PhD program exams.... and the rest of us drove to Utah to drop off Elder Christensen.
Jackson Tyler Jennings was blessed in Provo, where all his family could be present (both sides)
We had 2 days with Elder Christensen before going in the MTC... we visited our maternal grandparents in SLC
We had the "last supper" on Tuesday... with amazing cupcakes from Sweet Tooth Fairy Bakery (it's the shape of New York in teal)
Then he practiced the goodbye scene and carrying 3 bags at once
Then it came time to have the real MTC (Michael Thayer Christensen) to MTC goodbye
Our family stayed in Utah for a few more days before heading home to Arizona.
Steven and I hung out a lot... played the game Cooties and foosball
We went to our cousin's cabin in Heber... very pretty
Rachel and I were both husbandless in Arizona for a little while, but we still had Jackson.
We did a lot of hanging out with this litte/big guy
There has been eating, sewing, cooking, swimming, etc... Rachel left to go home to Florida today, and now it's just me, Steven, and my parents of course.
Two weeks without my husband... two more to go! I do admit, it's not the most fun all the time but it would be even worse if I were watching Ben study/write/think for 10 hours a day!! He gets here on the 29th of June... and then there is a whole other set of events with the Lewis family and my brother-in-law's homecoming from his mission! Hooray for summertime! Wait, where do I really live again??
