Our sweet little William John turned one last week.
It was a sad and happy occasion. Mostly happy (I was probably the only one who cried)
We celebrated William's birthday with family at our house.
It was William's Puppy Paw-ty. We had a blast.
I had a lot of help from Pinterest with ideas for food and such and it turned out great.
On William's actual birthday we also had a lot of fun.
William loves blueberries.
Sadly, he didn't love the blueberry pancakes Ben made for him.
He opened a few presents in the morning and spent some extra time with dad (his favorite)
I wasn't ready to buy him a real dog, so this Snoopy toy dog seemed to do the trick
Ben needed to attend a class that evening, so we partied in the afternoon.
We made our first trip to the Provo Rec Center and it won't be our last!
William loved the indoor pool and lazy river.
Mostly, he loved being with dad.
One of his favorite parts was the older ladies doing water aerobics
He went over to their pool and kept dancing to the music.
They loved it :)
William's new "thing" is sucking on his pointer finger.
I guess those molars are coming in soon
I finally managed to take 12 month old pictures of William in his room.
Part of his birthday present was new nursery furniture.
Now we get to decorate.

William is such a joy. We are lucky to have him in our family.
