For the past month and a half I have been at home in Arizona. After Rachel and this cute little guy left in June, there was still much vacationing to be done.
My mom and I took on a bib and burp cloth sewing adventure and ended up with some darling sets
We had a nice Father's Day... with a yummy cake
Steven and I continued to have fun together... especially with his gift to dad
Steven's All-Star baseball games began and were fun to watch
And then FINALLY... my husband finished, and passed his test and came back to Arizona!
I thought I would make him a mini welcome back sign...

...Because we had lots of signs and people to welcome his brother CJ home from his mission in Ghana, that same night
I dunno how well Ben would have fit in in Ghana, but he was trying here :)
We celebrated the 4th of July with our families, watching fireworks together in Mesa
The boys had fun together...
..especially trying to show off their strength at the celebration games (somehow my cute husband got it to the 1000 and managed to get it stuck up there!)
When Ben was there we got to see Brittany again, and enjoy some fro yo
Then Ben wanted to "take out the kids" so we went to the splash pad in Gilbert for some fun in the sun
He quickly realized Kayla, Callin, and Ella had more energy than he thought
Our last few days were full of fun... we went golfing and even to a D-Backs game where they WON
And last but not least Ben got his wish... we were invited to the lake and had fun wakeboarding
And now after a red-eye flight, little sleep, and a long trip home we are back in Ithaca, New York. It's back to reality, goodbye to the heat and hello to the humidity. Thanks for the fun trip Arizona... it was quite an eventful several weeks!! We'll miss our AZ homes and family, but will be back soon!
