We made it to the semi-finals of the tournament
in the middle division of co-ed soccer .
in the middle division of co-ed soccer .
We won five tournament games, two of which we won in overtime and P.K.'s.
We had a lot of fun playing together with our family and a few friends.
To be one of the best 4 teams out of 45 isn't too shabby.
We had an excellent cheering section on a few nights.
Ben had a work conference in Park City at the end of February and I got to join him for one evening.
I put William to bed at my Papa & Nana's house and had a nice overnight at the hotel with Ben.
I even spotted George Clooney at our hotel!
(We made eye contact)
Ben doesn't think it was really him, but I was the only one who saw him.
William loved visiting Papa and Nana. We are lucky to have family so close.

One afternoon we drove to Mapleton to give the horses a visit.
Here is the horse story:
Ben's grandpa had three horses.
They live on his land in Mapleton.
When we moved to Provo he gave one horse, Bosco, to Ben
and the other two to a neighbor who lives right next to the horses' land.
The three horses used to travel to Arizona in the winter, right in Ben's backyard.
Needless to say, he became very attached to the horses after 10 years of having them outside.
Ben's horse, Bosco, died from colic a month ago.
The neighbor still lets us visit and ride the other two horses.
Ben wants to get another horse in a few years when William gets older and somehow I am going to just accept it as our new life.

Last weekend we had a blast.
Ben's family was in town and we got to spend the afternoon skiing together.
I hadn't been in 5-6 years, I cannot even remember the last time I skied or snowboarded.
Ben and I had never even been boarding together other than our 2nd date cross-country skiing.
Ben's brothers stayed the night at our house on Thursday and we had fun at Brick Oven and watching movies. We attended Ben's fancy work party on Friday and William had a babysitter.
He has become easier to leave, as he doesn't cry anymore.
(Not that he doesn't cry later on, but at least he's not pulling on my shirt to stay)
Saturday Ben took me for a horse ride.
I am trying to get more comfortable on the horses and Ben tried teaching me how to saddle them.
It might take a little while, but we did have a great time.
Saturday night we had friends and family over for dinner and dessert.
Sunday was William's first day in nursery at church.
I've been going with him for the last month to get him used to it, and it worked!
He didn't cry when I left and he stayed in the whole time.
Here's our before and after in our family room with more pictures coming soon..'
