Fall Festivities

As always time seems to be flying by!

Since Texas we have been busy working and having fun in Ithaca.
I started coaching soccer again and Ben is busy working on his dissertation.
The fall is a great time to be in Ithaca with all the leaves changing, festivals, and of course co-ed intramural soccer.

Ben and I are on a co-ed soccer team, like last year, and are having lots of fun playing together (as long as Ben doesn't mess up or let the other team score :) )

We took a trip to the Palmyra Temple with some friends, and even stopped at the Chill and Grill for quick ice cream before

We threw a bridal shower for Stacy and enjoyed delicious treats and some funny games

Had a nice Sunday afternoon at the Plantations at Cornell.

Then we hit up the Apple Harvest Festival for some delicious fall treats.

Ben took one glance at these "tornado fries" and knew he wanted some.
It actually was pretty cool watching the guy slice the potato and slide it onto the skewer.

Ithaca Commons

Then last weekend we went to my good friend Nicole's wedding near Syracuse.
She looked amazing and her dress was gorgeous.

The only bummer was that the weather was 40 degrees, so we had to get out our warm clothes!

Nicole is a big dancer. At her bachelorette party I taught some of the girls my friends' Apple Bottom Jeans dance. Yes, the dance my friends and I danced at my wedding.
